Clemson University Life Sciences Outreach Center's NSF Research Experience for Undergraduates
Clemson's REU program seeks students who want to explore seriously the possibility of pursuing a career in biological research. The program offers a collegial, multi-disciplinary environment with a focus on an emerging challenge in biology—the need to understand how an organism's phenotype (e.g., its morphology, reproductive success and behavior) is influenced by the interplay of its genotype and environment. Meeting this challenge requires expertise across cellular, organismal and ecological scales.
(Mid-February application deadline.)
